Scope: single-machine functional run. planner/builder are authenticated CLI identities;
no language model, AI conflict resolver, production traffic, crash/fuzz/scale test,
or authoritative database/object-storage mode was exercised.
Observed platform caveats: source quickstart has mode 100644 (use bash explicitly);
BSD sed prints a Makefile version-label warning and bundled Git reports .g<short-SHA>.
These caveats did not prevent this unpatched run from passing.
Commit IDs, batch order and cache counters are observations from this run, not guarantees.
